Enspiria Solutions integrated process for design, development, delivery and deployment of technical projects - Integrated Delivery Methodology™ (IDM) - is based on industry standards such as the PMBOK, Carnegie Mellon's Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and IBM's Rational Unified Process (RUP).
IDM was created for the purpose of establishing a documented, repeatable, and continuously improving delivery methodology. It ensures the synchronization of people, process, technology and data to deliver project success and benefits realization.
