Provide proactive outage with OMS or AMI and high-bill alerts with AMI.

Energy Service Options

Enable a variety of customer rate choices, for example time of use and critical peak price, as well as choices in billing dates - which are better aligned with their pay days for example. This is accomplished by implementing AMI and integrating it with CIS, billing and rate applications.
